WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

That depends on what you have ordered. We currently indicate ALL delivery timings on every product, but mainly within 48 hours inside Amman and 36 hours outside Amman, you will receive the order.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED SOME OF MY ORDERS, BUT NOT THE REST. WHAT DO I DO?

Feel free to contact our customer service team and they will be able to update you on the remainder of your shipment.

 

DO YOU STILL DELIVER EVERYWHERE?

currently, we serve only inside Jordan, we have plans to expand in KSA and Lebanon in the near future.

 

I WANT TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

You may cancel or amend your order before it is shipped. However if it has already started the shipping process, this will be harder to do. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you.

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

We at cozmotex have taken extensive steps and precautions to ensure the utmost hygiene and safety for everyone, and our team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, as follows:

 

Hygiene Procedures

The cleanliness of our offices and warehouses are our top priority, and here is what we are doing to keep you, our employees and our products safe.

      • Frequently touched products and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly
      • Our logistics fleet and delivery partners are continually being trained to adopt best hygiene practices. They have also been asked to sanitize before and after the delivery of every package
      • Cozmotex team and delivery partners are required to wear gloves and masks at all times, and their temperature is being checked daily.

      • We are ensuring that the delivery boxes we are using are 100% clean, new and certified.

Please feel free to sanitize your orders with soap and warm water or a sanitising agent on the arrival of your items, where appropriate.

No Returns Policy

In line with the above, and also for your safety and the safety of all our consumers, we are no longer accepting returns after packages are opened, unless the product is damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
